Moosewood's Vegan Chocolate Cake for my birthday...Lee blew the candles out many more times than I did in the process of lighting them. He'll probably never hear the end of that story, and I'll probably never request anything but this cake for many birthdays to come.

And one last fun tidbit from Christmas 2012...remember my angel collection that I haven't seen in five years?? As Lee and I were clearing stuff out of the garage for Goodwill this morning, I opened a box labeled "Garage" and found all my angels. Such a happy surprise!

I was thinking about those dang angels on the plane yesterday. Thinking how they MUST be somewhere. Glad I was right. I love being right.
