Prosecco Cosmo

I love a good Cosmopolitan. Lee used to make them for me on a weekly basis when it was just the two of us, and he quite perfected it. This morning at brunch I had one made with Prosecco (another favorite of mine) instead of vodka...possibly the best adult beverage of my life. Bubbly, light and icy, sweetened with lime simple syrup. Oh my goodness! It's on our menu for tomorrow night. There's a bottle of La Marca waiting in the refrigerator. Cheers to 2013!
